Fair and Consistent Pricing

• Most products are priced at manufacturer suggested retail price. We will never exceed 10% above MSRP.

• Our prices do not fluctuate based on demand or secondary resale value.

• We remove packaging at point of sale from high-demand items.

High Demand / New Releases

• Based on product availability, we will honor reservations in this order:

  1. Active Attendees at Organized Play Events
  2. Other Reservation Holders

• A random drawing will be used if we have more reservations than product available.

• Some items may not be eligible for reservation. These will be sold at relevant organized play events.

• Reservations timestamps are not taken into consideration.
