Reserve Product

Our approach to anticipated high demand/low supply items.

We do not take preorders. We don’t like holding your money.
You are making a reservation. Delivery is not guaranteed. Prices may vary, but only slightly.
Based on product availability, we will honor reservations in this order:
1. Active Attendees at Organized Play Events
2. Other Reservation Holders
Don’t see a product? When we have it it will be available first-come, first-served at release or at the relevant first organized play event.
We remove packaging at point of sale from high-demand items to preserve our commitment to consistent manufacturer-suggested prices.

A random drawing will be used if we have more reservations than product available.
Reservations timestamps are not taken into consideration.
You do not need to be present to have your reservation honored, but we do ask you purchase your reserved product within a week of release.
If you choose not to purchase reserved product, Wolf Den Games reserves the right to choose to limit your participation in future product reservations.

High Demand TCG Products: Shrinkwrap, box tops, and/or UPC symbols will be removed from TCG products at point of sale for the convenience of the purchaser who is looking forward to enjoying playing with the new cards.
Daily purchase limits will be posted in the shop as needed. We don’t want to run out quickly and disappoint our community.
Event-Only Sales: in extreme cases we may choose to put out product only during organized play events and sell exclusively to our local player community.
