Board Game Night! Featuring “Catan”

Featured Game: Settlers of Catan

SHELDON: “Alright now, I have sheep, I need wood.”

SHELDON: “I don’t understand the laughter.”

This lovely and non-violent trading, stealing, and building game was the gateway into Hobby Board Games for many of us in the mid 2000s and early 2010s. If you’ve never played it, now’s the time. If you’ve played it a LOT, let us introduce you to some excellent expansions like Seafarers or Cities and Knights.

Note: unlike many Board Game night featured games, Catan requires a full two hours to play. Please arrive by 6:00 if you want to be at a table playing Catan. We have a lot of other great games available with shorter play times if you need to arrive later or just aren’t in a “stealing the Longest Road back” kind of mood.

Host: Dave Carroll

Board Game Night is drop-in any time and always free.

Don’t like the featured game? There will be other games running, either from our lending library or you can bring your own.
